It’s over. The last beautiful spot north of Ensenada is toast, and has been for a while. Wildcoast has some more story on Salsipuedes.

I guess the good news is we can boat in and get it with less people now. The water pollution in northern Baja is getting out of control though. Infection Point.

Think Baja violence is confined to TJ? Yeah, I did too. I stopped 6 hours south in El Rosario for tacos last Friday, on Saturday there was a drive by shooting at the La Mijita loncheia. La Mijita is popular with locals and gringos and by all accounts was run by generous people. The targets were 3 'self employeed' area men, but the husband and wife owners were hit by stray bullets. The wife just passed away.
