Hurricanes That Have Crossed Over

The guys at stormpulse.com sent me some info on a few storms that have crossed over. Debby in 1988 crossed and became a tropical storm, headed for Cortez, and didn’t do much. In 1996 Cesar crossed over and was renamed Douglas, which looked liked it kicked out some swell for Cali.
