Drug Boat Run Aground At The Cliffs

Someone imported a boatload of Ganja from Mex, which ran aground and left 20 bales floating in the lineup down at the Cliffs.

I remember this happened one year back around ‘92′. I saw alot of soggy ganja that year get washed and dried (even in the microwave) and smoked that year. It was just washing up on the beach. I even heard of young kid that found a whole black trash bag of it up on the beach and took it home and dried and shared with his friends for a long time.
